Our modular homes requires a level, rigid foundation that supports both the central unit and the folding sections. The most suitable options are concrete piers at the main corners, a continuous perimeter/strip foundation, or a full concrete slab, depending on the intended permanence and local soil conditions. Our team can discuss suitable options for your property.

No, our modular homes are not made from shipping containers. They are specifically designed for comfortable living and built to fit perfectly inside a shipping container. This allows for easy and cost-effective transport, whether by HIAB truck for local deliveries or by container ship for international customers.

Our homes are engineered to be weather-tight once fully expanded and sealed. Any reported leaks are almost always the result of incorrect installation.
